Happy Little Prints is in early launch. We're building this in the open and these terms will grow as the platform does. Here's where we are today:
Who we are
Happy Little Prints is operated by FLIPNET LLC, based in Portland, Oregon. We connect people who own 3D printers with kids in hospitals and tough situations who could use something cool.
What we do
We facilitate connections between volunteer makers and families or hospital staff requesting 3D printed items for children. We do not manufacture, sell, or guarantee any physical products. Makers volunteer their time and materials independently.
Safety and hospital visits
All in-person deliveries at hospitals are coordinated through hospital staff and must comply with the hospital's own volunteer and visitation policies. Happy Little Prints facilitates the connection but does not control hospital access or visitation rules.
Donations
Monetary donations are processed through Stripe. All donations go toward filament, shipping, and platform operating costs. FLIPNET LLC is not currently a 501(c)(3) organization — donations are not tax-deductible at this time. We are pursuing nonprofit status as the platform grows.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your account. If you're a maker, you're responsible for fulfilling any requests you claim — or releasing them back to the board if you can't.
Changes
These terms will evolve as we grow. We'll notify registered users of significant changes via email.
